| Jewelry Care |
Your handmade jewelry has beads and components that are fragile so gentle care is required to eliminate cracking or breaking. Be sure not to wear your jewelry while swimming or showering and avoid dropping or bumping on hard surfaces. Body lotions or perfumes should always be applied prior to putting your jewelry on. |
| Gift Certificates |
| Interested in a gift certificate for that special person so they may select just what they want? Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are good for one year. |
| Custom Orders |
| Don’t quite see what you like and would like to inquire about a handmade custom design. Email me at fitzudesigns@comcast.net with your request. Payment in full is required at the time you place your order and is non-refundable. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for fabrication and shipping of your item. |
| Returns or Exchanges |
If your jewelry arrives and it is not what you expected you may exchange it for another item of equal value. Please email me with the item number you would like. Return your jewelry item in its original condition in a bubble lined envelope postmarked no more than 15 days of receipt. Please insure your package so it arrives to me safely. If for some reason your order arrives and is damaged please return it within 7 days of receipt. If I am unable to repair the item you may exchange it for another item of equal value. |
| Method of Payment |
| I accept payments through Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by some other method email me with the item of choice and payment details. Once I have received your payment your item will be shipped. |
| Shipping & Handling |
| Handmade jewelry purchases will be shipped within two or three business days of receipt of payment. Items will be shipped USPS Priority 2 day mail @ a cost of $6.50. At this time I will ship only to addresses within the United States. |
| Privacy Notice |
When you place an order with fitz U – unique jewelry designs I do collect information from you that allows me to properly process and ship your order. Your privacy is very important and I will not share or sell your information to any outside companies or third parties. Credit card transactions through Pay Pal insure that your information is secure. I will only use your email address to communicate with you about your order. |
