| Jewelry Care |
Your handmade jewelry has beads and components that are fragile so gentle care is required to eliminate cracking or breaking. Be sure not to wear your jewelry while swimming or showering and avoid dropping or bumping on hard surfaces. Body lotions or perfumes should always be applied prior to putting your jewelry on.
Sterling Silver: To keep your sterling silver looking new I recommend using a polishing cloth such as the "Sunshine Cloth" or "Pro" polishing cloth available @ Riogrande.com. You can also use Connoisseurs dip style jewelry cleaner available @ Target. Dip style cleans really well in all the little tight spaces that tarnish easily. Keep in mind that even though dip style cleaners work well, they should be used only occasionally, as the more you dip the faster your piece will tarnish. Sterling pieces embellished with glass, crystals or any hard beads are safe using this cleaner. To help prevent tarnish, it is recommended that you store sterling silver pieces in a tarnish resistant jewelry roll or an airtight bag (zip lock).
Freshwater Pearls & Semi-precious Stones: To care for your jewelry pieces containing freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, turquoise or coral I recommend Connoisseurs (Delicate) jewelry cleaner. You may also have them cleaned professionally. Pearls should never come in contact with water. |
| Gift Certificates |
| Interested in a gift certificate for that special person that is really hard to buy for? fitz U gift certificates are available in any denomination and are good for one year. Email me with the denomination you would like, and the address where you would like it sent. I do not charge for mailing. I am currently only mailing within the US. |

| Returns or Exchanges |
If your jewelry arrives and it is not what you expected you may exchange it for another item or a credit of equal value. Please email me with the item number you would like. Please return your jewelry item in its original condition in a bubble lined envelope postmarked no more than 15 days of receipt. Please insure your package so it arrives to me safely.
If for some reason your order arrives and is damaged please return it within 7 days of receipt. If I am unable to repair the item you may exchange it for another item of equal value. |

| I accept payments through Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by some other method email me with the item of choice and payment details. Once I have received your payment your item will be shipped. When you place an order with fitz U – unique jewelry designs I do
collect information from you that allows me to properly process and
ship your order. Your privacy is very important and I will not share or
sell your information to any outside companies or third parties. Credit
card transactions through Pay Pal insure that your information is
secure.
I will only use your email address to communicate with you about your order. |
| Shipping & Handling |
| Handmade jewelry purchases will be shipped within two or three business days of receipt of payment. Items will be shipped USPS First Class mail @ a cost of $4.00. At this time I will ship only to addresses within the United States. |
